Beta Confidentiality Agreement · BCA-1.0Effective 9 September 2026

1. Purpose. In return for beta access, use non-public MatchMyMood information only for testing the product and providing feedback.

2. Confidential information. This includes unreleased features, designs, user flows, product plans, technical/commercial information, beta codes and non-public screenshots or recordings. It excludes information already public through no breach, lawfully known or received without a duty of confidence, or independently developed.

3. Confidentiality. Keep confidential information reasonably secure. Do not publish, share, sell, distribute or otherwise disclose it without MatchMyMood's written permission. Do not share your beta code or publish/share non-public beta screenshots or recordings. Do not reverse engineer or derive source code except where law expressly permits.

4. Protected disclosures. Nothing here restricts disclosures that cannot lawfully be restricted, including reporting suspected crime, cooperating with regulators/statutory bodies, obtaining confidential legal or professional advice, protected disclosures/whistleblowing, statutory rights, or disclosures required/protected by law.

5. Feedback. You grant MatchMyMood a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, adapt and incorporate beta feedback. This does not transfer ownership of material you already owned.

6. Beta access. The beta may change or contain errors. MatchMyMood may suspend or withdraw access or revoke a code. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.

7. Duration. Confidentiality obligations last two years from acceptance, ending earlier for information that becomes public through no breach.

8. Law. England and Wales law applies, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your beta code is separate from your MatchMyMood account login. Your name, agreement version and acceptance time are recorded when access is activated.
